My experience at Ella Bache today was amazing. Ebony was professional and took the time to explain my treatment to me. I felt very comfortable in the room. The temperature was lovely and when it started to become cool, Ebony placed a blanket over my which I appreciated. I left feeling relaxed and pampered. I can't wait for my next treatment

I can’t remember the name of my therapist (she was the only one working on Tuesday) but I had a really good experience with her. The quality of her waxing was great, I enjoyed the conversation, and she went above and beyond for myself and also I could hear her doing the same with the people before and after me :) so thank you.
