Arrived 10 minutes prior to appointment to be told they were running a little behind, only to be told about 4 times it would only be another 5 minutes. This ended up being a 20ish minute delay, requiring me to cancel another appointment. Had I been advised the actual delay, I would not have gone ahead with today's massage. Appointment was booked the day before, asking if it was ok to use 50% off discount that was emailed. I asked at time of paying if the amount included the 50% discount to be told that 'we normally like to be told on the phone that you are using a discount'. Overall, it was a great massage, but I'm pretty disappointed in the customer service today.
