This isn't my first visit and my previous experience was great exception of one with my lashes coming off next day and booked in and paid full fee to have it redone and this recent one, I would rather not comment but still recommend friends and others this service as I have come to a conclusion that it depends on the therapist you have on the Day. Your experience can best or worse depending on what you get. Best wishes

I was treated quite rudely by a senior staff member who changed my booking on her computer and told me I was fifteen minutes late in front of other customers when I had a text confirming I was actually early for my appointment that I booked online. Was quite embarrassed but am appreciative to the a different staff member who was apologetic and very kind to me when I came back for a rescheduled time.

I went in for a $45 tan the day before my ball. And they told me to leave it on for 3-4 hours to get the perfect tan for my skin colour and when it was allied it was quite light but I was told it would develop. I left it on for around 5 and a half hours and it didn’t even look like I had a tan and I am extremely pale. For the money and result I was dissatisfied and wouldn’t get it done again

I was disappointed that my appointment was with a very new apprentice. I had to rush off after my appointment, however several people pointed out my eyebrows were not even so I went back to have them fixed. I was given a very small discount however had to pay for my eyebrows to be done 48 hours after they were done at the same salon. I will look elsewhere now for services. I am happy to support businesses which train apprentices, however, I do not expect to pay twice if they do not have the experience yet to do the role.
