The service was great! I just felt that there should have been more calming music playing in the background or perhaps a little louder if it was playing as you could hear conversations with a closed door in the salon. It would also be great to have a few diffuses around, especially in the treatment rooms as there was a bit of a funny smell in the room that I was in. I was not offered a refreshment and sometimes, a glass of water is all it takes... ;) My therapist was great!
