Becky is lovely, proficient and thoughtful, genuine and cool, winning! * Nat - a shout out to you too! xx You're beautiful, for lots of reasons (we all know that!) but, in this case, for your growth mindset. I was talking (venting... lol) during my consult about my largely stale-minded workplace and while that's unfortunate, what I love and want to pass on here is how happy Becky was to describe, that you aren't! And that a particular reason she feels this way and enjoys working with you is that you support and genuinely value her professional development. Cool! Keep doing what you do, it's great. :)

Ella Bache Palmerston is the beauty experience that people only dream of. My therapist Kate provides a professional, relaxing experience like none other. Her expertise is obvious with the treatment including luxurious massages in supreme comfort. Her knowledge of the products and matching them to individual needs creates a great outcome. I have not been a regular for facial treatments in the past but have now factored this into my routine and Kate has also provided advice for a home maintenance schedule.

This salon has been here in Palmerston for a long time which is absolute testimony to the high quality of service and products it offers. It is the only salon I will attend for this very reason. Excellent staff and management, who are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, flexible and very understanding.
