Maddy from the Palmerston Ella Bache salon was delightful, informative and very sensitive to the needs and requirements of this old girl. (She's also a good listener and non judgemental). I left the salon feeling valued and my skin feeling so much better. Maddy recommended some Ella Bache products I could use but I did not feel pressured to purchase them then and there. I was surprised how inexpensive the products actually were and whilst I could not afford them today, I will eventually buy them. This was my first visit to this salon and it won't be my last.
