Our beauty salons specialise in brazilian and bikini waxing, and all of our trained beauty therapists are passionate about eyebrow shaping. I have been a customer of Essential Beauty for more than 6 years. In this time I valued having access to my preferred consultant up until the last 12 months. In almost every visit in the last twelve months, I have had a different consultant, either because staff have left or because the salon has been unable to arrange its booking system properly and assigned me to another consultant at the last minute. I book four weeks in advance every time and as such would expect to receive my treatments from the consultant selected at the time of booking, not to get bumped by a client who has come into the salon with short notice. To add further insult I was almost overcharged in my last visit because the person on the register failed to look at my file properly and did not realise that I am a VIP client with a standard discount in place. There was no apology forthcoming when this was pointed out to her. I did get my discount though.
