I had the carbon facial for the first time today, the clinician was very welcoming and put me at ease. She explained the whole treatment, any side effects etc and made me feel very comfortable the whole time, always explaining what was happening. It's only a few hours on, but I can already see a difference in my skin so am really happy - will be rebooking for another facial soon.
