Lovely facial by Victoria. My only issue was a lot of talking by women outside the door. One seemed to be quite emotional on the phone. Maybe this could be addressed for the future?

I had a wonderful facial with Marta. She had lots of great advice and talked through all the options before embarking on the treatment. I ended up having the EMINENCE ORGANIC FACIAL with the omnilux add-on. It's a very relaxing treatment as lots of massage involved. My only other observation would be perhaps to make the spa room a bit more cosy and inviting. It felt fairly clinical which I think is totally fine if you are in an out for laser or other similar treatments. But still I would go back as I enjoyed Marta's approach and chat!

A nice welcome and friendly service. The one comment that I want to make is that the bed is very plain and hard (no extra support for knees or anything). Thanks, Ingrid
