I was a first time customer and it was also my first time ever getting my hair coloured. I was quite nervous and Iโm very indecisive but Lily was so accommodating of what I wanted and also very helpful in explaining the process and suggesting options. I was made to feel welcome and valued just like every other customer and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Iโm so happy with the end result and canโt wait to go back there next time!
