Crystal was great, knowledgeable and took on my ideas and created a great haircut and colour. Very happy, especially going from quite long hair to a short style.

Had my first curly cut ever on my wavy hair, afterwards it was so bouncy & full of volume - normally it sits quite flat on top of my head. I was super happy with it, and the hairdresser gave me lots of tips about caring fir it and drying it which were very useful.

The service itself was amazing. The lashes look beautiful - it’s almost impossible to describe exactly how I want them to look so that’s only something to experiment with over time. She was very knowledgeable and gentle. The only thing was after the appointment was finished, one lash seemed to be stuck to the waterline under the lashes. It felt like it was poking me in the eye, so I had to pull it out (it came off quite easily). A couple lashes seem to be moving around quite easily, I’m not sure if it’s error with application or if some loosened slightly from my excessively watery eyes. I’m happy to try coming back again for the refills but I would suggest looking into why that could have occurred.

Very friendly staff, offered tea or coffee even for an eyebrow appt! Had eyebrow wax and tint with Kerryn, who was lovely and professional and did a great job. Very comfortable in a plush recliner chair (have had same service elsewhere just propped on a stool)!

My overall experience was wonderful, this was my 3rd/4th visit. Abbey is a great stylist & a great consultant. We discussed the colour range & options available & both agreed on the colours chosen for my new hairstyle. At the time of styling, checking the cut & blow dry - Abbey mentioned that she was disappointed that the 'dark red / darker' foil didn't show as much as she had hoped, I also agreed. Claudia passed by & also agreed she could not see the darker foil colour. They both discussed the possibility of a previous colour maybe the reason for the dark red not taking to my hair? I've provided a photo for your review I did leave the salon happy with the result, however I now think that since I've returned home I think that during the time of styling, Abbey may have offered a possible solution to make the foils darker or maybe refresher training for hair colours?? This will not be my last visit - I'll be back to get another great hairstyle by Abbey!
