Hello there. I would like to say a big thank you to the staff member who helped de-tangle / de-henna my hair. As soon as I entered the hair studio she was so kind and welcoming (in a gentle not overpowering way). She listened to my concerns and managed to help me feel better about the mess I was in. I was looking for advice and to buy a product, but she took me under her wing and worked hard to sort out the issue. She explained what she thought had happened and made every effort to work out the henna that had re-acted in my hair. I don't see this kind of service too often.
