I used to absolutely hate getting my hair done. I found it a stressful experience as hairdressers would always tangle my hair and then spend hours combing it to get the knots out and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Since coming to NV, I have been enjoying my hair appointments! Izzy is super knowledgeable and always knows exactly what I want. She really tailors her advice to each individual client. The other lovely hair dressers listen to what what I went e.g. they don't cut too much hair when I say just a trim, and they have never tangled my hair. They are gentle and thoughtful. Thank you Izzy and your amazing team for your 10/10 hair care. I look forward to my next appointment:)
