Fantastic first time experience at NV for Hair after having just moved to the area. Noelene gave us a warm welcome on arrival - she is so lovely. The salon has a very relaxed, beachy/boho vibe which i absolutely loved. My partner works FIFO so I had to bring our toddler in with me and everyone was really understanding and accommodating, which i am so thankful for, although next time I will be leaving her with hubby when he is back so I can benefit fully from the relaxed atmosphere, child free! My colourist Kiara really listened to my hair goals and commenced the lengthy process to put my hair on the right track to achieve this over time. My expectations were exceeded and I left feeling very impressed. All the staff are very friendly and nothing seemed to much for these ladies. Highly recommended - I am already booked in for my next appointment and can't wait to go back! Thank you so much :)
