Our family has been a client of Sam's for years. Our 6 year old son is Autistic and Sam has been beyond patient in building a repport with him so he is comfortable enough to have her cut his hair. His last haircut took 4 months and multiple attempts and Sam always worked with us to set a time to get his haircuts done so he is comfortable and it doesn't disrupt her business if he gets agitated. Simply won't go elsewhere.

I dread the day I start to go bald...I totally need my fix at Bathurst Barbers to get a really great cut, and a really great laugh...all in the same sitting. It's like a form of therapy for me Lol.

Sam does a terrific job and her new booking app is significant improvement on the previous one. Whether booking by the app or booking via the website, the capacity to schedule a haircut is very convenient and saves heaps of time. As for the quality of the service, I could not be happier. I heartily recommend.
