The only negative was the meet and greet experience. The staff that was at 'reception' desk did not notice me walking in continued chatting to each other and checking their phones. I had to say 'hi' a few time until i was given attention. Other than that, the stylist did a great job!

This was my first visit to Feel, and it definitely won't be my last! Nathan was friendly and super helpful when talking through what I wanted from my cut and did a really great job. Can't wait for my next visit!

Really happy with my haircut from Chris. I appreciated his honesty about what would/wouldn't work - would rather that than leave disappointed- quite refreshing actually. I will definitely be back.

I had my haircut done by Nathan, and after struggling for close to 3 years to find a salon in London / the quality and level of professionalism was just next level! The whole experience was absolutely fantastic the moment I walked into the salon. Disappointed I’ve only found out about this salon now - but have already booked my next appointment. Thank you so much especially to Nathan!
