Love this salon. I’ve lived in london for 7 years and I never found a salon that I returned to. Finally!! Feel is awesome. I been to Svetlana a few times now. She really listens to what I want and knows how to cut my hair (I have long thick hair so it can be difficult to find someone who knows how to cut it properly with layers and feathering etc without thinning it out). She always tells me about the product that is going into my hair too and how I should use it. Really pleased with Feel. I’m a regular now.

The person who attended me at the reception wasn’t really as polite. However my hairdresser Laura was great- friendly, polite, gave good advise for my hair type and gave me one of the best hair cuts I had so far.
