Relocating can be a challenge as we know and being a blonde relocating is even worse. Because you know your hunt has just started for that all very important new hairdresser. Leaving your trusted hairdresser/friend who knows your hair, the subtleties of your colour, your toner time, technique, and most importantly experienced with YOUR hair. Armed with the knowledge that I needed a Matrix salon because of the colours used by my previous hairdresser being Matrix trained and experienced. Now I know that any experienced hairdresser you can match colours etc but because of a previous very bad highlight experience in Canberra a few years ago I am very particular who gets to do my highlights. Well my search lead me to Jacki and the girls at The Frangipani Cutting Crew in Caloundra. I was very nervous but Jacki is just amazing. She knew exactly what I wanted even if all the names, numbers provided to me by my previous hairdresser made no sense to me at all. Jacki is extremely experienced and she instilled confidence in me that I would be alright that very first time and I was. I have been multiple times now and my hair always looks fantastic and the highlights so incredibly natural. Needless to say, I’m a huge fan of Jacki and the girls. A professional salon experience coupled with great conversations and laughs, it’s something I really look forward to. Thank you Jacki for my beautiful hair today. I really love it as always. And I wanted to share that with others. p.s plus Jacki makes great tea!! And her head massages are mind numbingly awesome!!😊
