It was my first actual salon haircut experience so I was super nervous, but Em and the rest of the team were so wonderful! Em made me so comfortable and made sure we were on the same page throughout the whole appointment. Everyone was really friendly and accomodating, and Em is a such fabulous hairdresser I left feeling like a billion buxx ♡
