As a 15 year + client I hope you take this on board. Please - if a client calls and does not leave a message PLEASE DONOT CALL BACK IF YOU SEE THE NUMBER ON CALLER ID !!!. Some clients are ringing from their workplace and may get embarrassed when the receptionist from the switchboard places the number through to the clients extension. Some clients may not want family members at home to know that they are organising an appointment. It may embarrass the client and they may think twice about rebooking with you !! After all on you message bank you say "please leave a message or you can book directly on our website." Please take into consideration why the client has not left a message and maybe is using your website for discretionary reasons.
