I see my hair care and choices as a joint decision, so this feedback is as much about me as it is about you! I appreciate that your business/people are kind, generous and inviting. I appreciate that you listen and that I am heard. I appreciate that my hair and look reflects what I have asked for and that sometimes you take a risk to show me something different. I appreciate that there isn't small talk but when there is you read my mood and adjust accordingly.
