As always my HBS experience was amazing. This visit I had Mel cut colour and treat my hair, and Stef tint my lashes and wax my brows - both were incredibly kind and provided exceptional customer service While I had the colour in my hair I was given a foot spa to relax my feet in - it was so lovely!!!! I have never had a negative experience at HBS
