I have just moved from QLD to NSW and was with my hairdresser for 10 years, so it was challenging for me so find the right hairdresser again. However, after reading the reviews online, I put my faith into Hair Beauty Soul and was delighted to be placed with Taylor. From the moment I stepped into the salon, I was beyond pleased with the service I received from Taylor and Ashley(for my pedicure). Taylor was absolutely AMAZING! she explained what we'd be doing and continuously checked if I was ok with everything. As I was getting a full hair colour, treatment and cut,the price was very reasonable and again Taylor explained each price so I understood exactly what I was paying. I couldn't be happier and am very grateful to have found a hairdresser I can trust. I have since referred my sister and neice. Thank you once again for your professionalism and awesomeness Taylor!

The Salon was beautiful, clean and such a calm positive environment. The hairdressers and all staff are professional, caring and really take the time to give you not only amazing hair but and overall experience of relaxation, great advise and even took the time on a tutorial on a how to style at home. I could not fault a single thing my experience was above my expectations and I am finally happy to have found a salon close to home where I can feel beautiful and most of all comfortable. Thanks ladies for making this Mumma’s day!

It was nice to see the beauty room had been given a fresh coat of paint and a general make over and I was very happy with the professional way that Ashley treated me. I was however extremely disappointed with the quality of the nail vanish that was used for as it was evident that this was very old stock when Ashley had to continually add nail polish thiner to it in order for it to be applied. As a result of this substandard vanish my pedicure did not dry sufficiently and ended up smudging. Perhaps it would be advisable to invest in new polishes and then to display them appropriately rather than having them all thrown into a basket.
