Ashley is always professional and friendly. Bree did my brows, the first time i've had them done and she was lovely, made me feel comfortable, even when i freaked out at how dark they were!

Everything is great and the finished product is also very good however I had an 11.15am appointment and left at 2.45pm (3.5hours later). I think this is excessive. I arrived slightly early. My actual hair cut took about 15minutes and then I was waiting for quite sometime. My hair is not even at collar bone length. I then had some foils done and a blow wave. I think my hairdresser was overbooked and as a result many were left waiting. This has happened on the last two visits. On the same day another friend was in and out within 2 hours and has much longer hair than I do. I have no complaints about the end result, just the time it has taken on the last two visits.

I saw Billie for the first time and she was lovely, and I love the haircut she did. I wouldn't book a 7:15pm appointment again however, as I felt rushed out at the end, not by Billie, but by the girl asking me to pay still sitting in the chair....clearly wanting to get out asap! It made me wonder if the service was also being rushed. All my previous appointments gave been during the day, and service was better.
