Very noisy in the salon this time as it was very very crowded - much more so than on previous visits - also slowed things down a lot - long delay waiting for a basin to become available as they were all taken with others getting colour etc washed out...then had very bright lights shining in my face while this was happening. Would be worth the salon reviewing the maximum number of appointments that can be made and still provide an efficient service in a calm environment
