From a guys perspective the pinnacle of receiving great service is to have your hairdresser have a few new options on hand for you to consider as soon as you sit down.....either for that cut or to work towards a few cuts down the track. It's not often you get new ideas to consider without having to trawl the internet first. On the other side the hair washing process is the best I've had anywhere with the oils and scents. The quality of the head massage has varied across the 5 odd different hairdressers I've had at HB&S, so I'd highly encourage the team to really put extra effort in on the head massage......as that few minutes can make the whole experience worth it.

Have been going to Hair Body & Soul for many years and the professional standard of service has always been very high. I always feel listened too and can discuss all facets of my hair and the head massages need to be felt to be believed!!

I would highly recommend Lucy or LJ. Good value for money, you get the nice touches of a high-end salon without the pretentious feel.

I am very very uncomfortable with the cost of my haircuts. Can you please increase it as I am embarrassed. Seriously. Luv ya Mish.

Michelle is very good at listening to the problems I experience with my hair and gives excellent advice on how to manage these and achieving a great look for me. I always walk out of the salon not wanting to wash my hair so it stays nice for longer! My experience with other salons in the past was that I have usually had to restyle my hair once I got home.
