Rachael and her team with over 70 years experience are regularly attending colour/styling and cutting courses to keep ahead of the latest fashions and specialise in colouring, formal styles and perming.

Hair Traits is my go to recommendation for a hair salon on the North Shore. Rachael and her team are welcoming, friendly and go over and above to support their clients. Today I came in with my autistic child, and Rachael and Soula were happy to accomodate his needs whilst we were there, as they always do, which allowed us to get his hair cut for the first time in months. He also managed to sit through my hair colour and cut, and was calm throughout.
