Rachael and her team with over 70 years experience are regularly attending colour/styling and cutting courses to keep ahead of the latest fashions and specialise in colouring, formal styles and perming.

Thomas’ great experience is evident through his professional advice. I started attending only a few months ago and the complete improvement to my thinning hair is visible as it is much healthier and it is growing into the better hair style recommended and managed by Thomas. It looks much thicker through the great cut and treatment. Other hairdressers (elsewhere) for years have layered my hair so much and made it shorter to try to make it look thicker yet it merely looked messy and frizzy and coarse. Yet, by now seeing Thomas, the layering is reduced and I am so happy as it is a fantastic classic “Bob” with some layering to create a great swing to the style. My hair is looking so much healthier too with the weekly treatment. I have tried treatments elsewhere but they were useless. This treatment method with Hair Traits has been so beneficial and my scalp too is noticeably repaired. The friendly atmosphere is always fab by all staff and the professional experience is evident. I cannot speak highly enough of Hair Traits. They have made such a dramatic change to my hair.
