Rachael and her team with over 70 years experience are regularly attending colour/styling and cutting courses to keep ahead of the latest fashions and specialise in colouring, formal styles and perming.

Thomas is Fantastic so talented & kind. Super easy to talk to & extremely polite. I’ve been searching for Thomas for 6 years. Fantastic colour specialist, stylist & talented as they come. Thomas would have to be one of the best hairdressers I’ve seen in a long time. I look forward to returning to see Thomas again & showcasing him & Hair Traits in my business. The pricing is fair, the products used are good quality & there was no pressure to buy anything from the store. I hate hairdressers that try & get you to buy products they use in your hair. It’s uncomfortable. I purchased a hair oil off Thomas but I asked him for it, never once did he say “we carry this” or “your hair is so dry you should try.......”. A true professional & I cannot recommend him high enough. Just don’t make him so busy I have to wait ages to get an appointment!
