Rachael and her team with over 70 years experience are regularly attending colour/styling and cutting courses to keep ahead of the latest fashions and specialise in colouring, formal styles and perming.

Zac (15) refused to get his haircut, but said, 'He would get it done at Hair Traits only as the hairdressers there listen to you and do what you ask, unlike the barber!'. He really likes his haircut and will gladly get it done at Hair Traits again. No more oppositional teenager!! (Mum)
