Not the experience you’d expect for $360. Today I was meant to be taken to the sink for my toner but instead the apprentice washed my colour out then took me to another chair where I was left to sit with dripping wet hair for 40 minutes with no one telling me what was going on. When I did get the toner it turned out brassy so they had to re-tone it. When I asked why I was left to wait 40 minutes who I assume to be the owner told me she thought it had only been 20 (which is still too long regardless) and said there was a back up at the sink. No one communicated that to me at the time though. And what did I get for 40 minutes wasted? Sample size hair treatments that the salon gets for free from the hair are companies. Not really compensation for wasting my time due to bad scheduling. Do not recommend and won’t be going back.

Dye was stained over my face, neck and ears. Although the girls scrubbed my face and them telling me it comes off - after 15 minutes of scrubbing my skin started to hurt and become uncomfortable. When my hair was finished being washed out and before I went downstairs, I had no towel so my hair was dripping over my clothes and the stairs. One lady was kind enough to offer me a towel. I have been going to the head studio for almost 6 years and this was the most disappointing visit.

Booked in for advanced for a specific girl do to my hair few days before I get a phone call that it’s been changed to another girl I’ve been and happy with how ever when I turn up I had to wait 30 mins and to get another girl. My hair getting washed my rough and no massage at all. Very poor.

I wanted to straighten my hair permanently, they encouraged me to get a Keratin treatment that looked amazing for the first 48h until I washed it. My hair is pretty much back to how it was before, such a waste of money and time. They also charged me +$60 just because she said I had some hairs longer than others, she literally took 2 minutes to fix that and charged me +$60. In all honesty, that should be complimentary when you’re already spending $400 on a treatment in that salon. I can’t believe I wasted $500 for my hair to be the same as before..

Advise the person that the curls dont last long, they did the simple ones and within 30mins they died off. Wasted my money.
