This is my second time to this salon, the first time was good but this time I am beyond devastated at how my hair turned out. I'm quite sure that the foils were placed in my hair all the way down and to already very blonde areas. when the bleach was washed out and toner put in, a hairbrush was dragged through my just bleached hair so roughly that I had tears in my eyes and I could hear my hair ripping. When I was getting blow dried I felt more pain on my scalp and noticed large red bumps on my scalp, I had them in a line across my head which turned into large scabs and are still healing. I was given a little treatment to take home - which didn't help at all but I appreciate the effort. my hair is now completely dry, split, snapping off and I have a chemical haircut from so much breakage, before this I had my hair foiled once before over 3 months ago and my hair was so healthy, I am beyond upset I paid $350 to completely ruin my hair. I really regret getting the service done and I'm considering my other options.

I had Ricardo as my stylist & he was most professional! He listened to my request & I now have the most amazing bouncy blow wave !! Cannot recommend more highly !! The whole salon experience was fabulous!! Will definitely be coming back !!

Hi Team at Head Studio I felt the overall experience and quuality of the cut was great, thank you. Although, i had booked a specific person - she was not available to cut my hair on the day. Additionally i payed for 1.5 session, however the job was done in 1 hr. This included a conditioning treatment which i payed an additional $50 for. I feel in these circumstances....when someone books 1.5 hrs but yet the job is done in less time. You can say "Hey, i noticed that you booked a 1.5 hr session - however you are out earlier and also you didnt get the person you booked for - how about we give you some credit towards your next visit?" Just an idea.
