Tim cut my hair & it was amazing! he did a fantastic job...highly recommend Tim!!! Head Studio doesn't have that exciting vibe that it previously had.

Love when I go to head studio the girls are always so welcoming and Cassandra was beautiful but I am disappointed that I have left, spent 115$ & my hair looks no different. This photo was taken 1.5 hours after I had left.

Hi Team at Head Studio I felt the overall experience and quuality of the cut was great, thank you. Although, i had booked a specific person - she was not available to cut my hair on the day. Additionally i payed for 1.5 session, however the job was done in 1 hr. This included a conditioning treatment which i payed an additional $50 for. I feel in these circumstances....when someone books 1.5 hrs but yet the job is done in less time. You can say "Hey, i noticed that you booked a 1.5 hr session - however you are out earlier and also you didnt get the person you booked for - how about we give you some credit towards your next visit?" Just an idea.

Just got my hair done and everything seemed fine, came home to find a big chemical burn on the side of my face that has began to blister. Hairdresser would’ve defiantly seen the scar and should’ve said something. Will never return.

Really lovely salon and lovely staff. I went in with pictures of the colour that I was aiming to achieve and the girls advised me how to achieve the looks a gave me a quote that would get me the colour I was aiming for. My hair feels nice and healthy but for $400 without a cut I have to admit I am slightly disappointed as I was hoping for a bigger change than I came away with. My hair is definitely not nearly as blonde as the pictures I showed them, I could definitely use some more lighter foils throughout.

I realise it can be tricky to get the timings right for appointments. I waited 40 minutes for mine to begin. I would have preferred a quick call before arriving to let me know so I could have spent the time catching up on other things. I am always squeezing appointments between work, kid and other commitments, so it can make it difficult when timings over-run. Once seen though as always the service and results were wonderful
