Booked a Blow Bar hair up appt for $120 Ended up paying $152 for a 1hr job Really don't like it when hair salons change the price at the checkout. We should've been made aware of the increase before starting and given the choice to proceed This is one of the reasons I avoid large salons. The price you book for is never the price you end up paying

The woman who did my hair is so talented and clearly so experienced and I lovedr the result. A few employees were reamed out infront of me for being behind, I understand the environment is so stressful to work in, but that didn’t seem fair when people are within earshot. The products used didn’t seem particularly good, as getting my hair brushed out from the teasing was extremely painful and I have geniunely never had that when getting my hair done,however my hair type easily knots, so it’s often hard to brush it out. However I would say that getting your hair done at this studio is worth the money and the result is always going to be amazing, the employees are clearly all talented and will work hard to give an outstanding result.

As I wasn’t satusfied with my first colour head studio got me back in straight away and ccorrected my colour. They were so understanding about my concerns and offered me another service for free even though my appointment was on a day they were down a staff member. This time I left with exactly what I was looking for and I’m really happy with the colour now. Thanks for being so understanding guys. 😊
