My appointment was significantly delayed before commencing the appointment, and again after my hair was washed. Once my appointment began staff were continually called away from me to other clients, and I didn’t feel I was given the same attention as other customers.

Treatments added on with no knowledge of it. My hair ended up been nearly double what I booked for. Smart way to make money just not a great business strategy to retain customers

Customer service was amazing, but unfortunately the hairdressing quality wasn’t the best, had no volume in my hair and was still damp is some areas. Definitely not a bouncy blow dry I desired.

First time I got my hair done here it turned out amazing. The second visit I got my regrowth done and paid $500+ just for it to be a darker shade then the rest of my hair. My hair is also dry and the ends are fading.

Totally different to what picture I showed. Understand that we didn't do highlights but the shade is so much darker than what I wanted Cost $415 in total which was just dying my hair darker (filler) and then the final colour ? No bleaching to bring up my roots (like a wanted) and no hair cut so don't understand why it cost so much to just dye my hair two times darker with an obvious regrowth line I was told in the end that the colour would wash out because it was obviously too dark and far off the mark Definitely won't be returning

Last couple of visits I had to wait extra 25-30 min for a haircut after colouring since my hairdresser was busy with other client.
