My first visit the senior hairdresser asked what I wanted, I showed a photo and then she proceeded to do my hair. I was a bit confused because she didnt ask me what I liked about the hair and what colour I wanted. When I got to the toner another girl did my toner and I was confused again hoping that the colour in the picture I showed was happening, however upon my blow dry I was 10 shades lighter than I had shown. The balayage was blocky and parts of my fringe were missed, left quite upset. My hair was redeemed a few days later after making a complaint, Kate absolutely saved my hair and Im so greatful and more confident as she gave me the time and a thorough consult on what I wanted. For this reason only Ill be back to the salon for future hair appointments, however the original senior stylist needs to learn to find out what the client wants and do a thorough consult.

It started out fine but by the.te you were passed through 6 different hands it was the most distressing hairdressers apptmt I have every experience. I could see in the reflection of hanging picture, whilst having my 3rd toner applied that the whispering amongst staff was not good. 4.5 hrs later after stuff my color I walked out crying. The staff are so young and there was no one hairdresser that you could talk to because you had so many different people they passed you on too. You seemed to be sitting there waiting for assistance. I would never go back there and than they tried to charged me more because the.stuffed up the color. I walked out crying. Terrible service and no one had time to talk to you because they were all so busy running around.

Unfortunately the stylist did not listen to how I wanted my hair styled (I also showed them a photo). I assume they just curled my hair how they always curl hair and didn’t actually style the front of it the way I asked. The curls were also very different to what I asked for. Plus I paid a premium price. I ended up tying my hair up for my event instead as I really didn’t like it. I have my hair curled a lot at other salons and they always manage to give me what I ask for and for a much better price. Very disappointing and expensive. Unfortunately I won’t go back.

Brilliant staff, brilliant advice, brilliant result. It is certainly a treat having my hair done here.
