Always a wonderful experience! All of the stylists are so kind, welcoming and professional. Georgia is amazing - I completely trust her with my hair and it always comes out look perfect!

While everyone was friendly and the atmosphere good, I did not receive the colour I asked for. I booked in for a balayage special $299 and paid $360- not sure why I paid more. I asked for an icy blonde that sparkled and have left with hair the same as I arrived. Nothing new or worth upwards of $300 and over 3.5 hours. I expressed my concern as I was leaving and was advised to get in touch if I felt the same when I got home. I emailed the next day to say I didn’t receive what I asked for and feel like i spent money on a service not received. That was on Monday. It’s now Thursday afternoon and I have not heard from anyone. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend going to this salon. I’m considering contacting the ombudsman for service not delivered.

I was charged $25 for a fringe trim - my last haircut was at this salon. Great staff and experience however I am a little shocked to be charged $25 for a fringe trim between cuts.

I’ve gone from waist length hair which required monthly retouches to a very short pixie cut embracing my greys. It was first time here and I was treated to a funky, flattering and feminine haircut. An experienced hairstylist cut my hair with attention and care, but my haircut was interrupted on several occasions with queries and questions about visiting clients from other hairstylists and receptionist. Despite this I’ve walked away with a haircut I’m happy with and will be back.

I'm in love with this place 💕 Rose is a wonderful person and I really admire her passion and knowledge. I always follow her advice and suggestions when it comes to treatments or color. I trust her 100% with my hair. Bess is my favorite hairstylist here, who patiently listens, understands and gives you exactly what you ask for. My long curly hair is not easy to work with and not everyone can handle it. But Bess manages my hair so beautifully and I always feel great after an appointment with her.

After being advised a colour and cut would take 3 hours, this was pushed to 4.5 hours with no communication as to why. My hair was not conditiond and the person who cut (lack off) laughed it off. Complained she has to baby sit the apprentices. Very disappointing result. Would not go there. No wonder all their staff left.
