I am super happy with my haircut. I just stressed a bit at the moment to pay because it was the price for a more experience hairdresser and I booked the cheapest cut. The girl was super understanding that it was them who did the change and I didn't know I was attended by someone with more experience (so more money). So in the end I pay for what I booked. But in the future it would be good that if the hairdressers have to change positions, let the client know in advance and have the chance to say yes I can pay more or not. As I say, I pay for what I booked but I feel bad for the hairdresser that did my hair (because his technique and experience is more money).
