I came away with a great haircut and was happy with the service however my hair colourist hardly spoke to me which felt a little odd. Maybe I should look at it as a positive as got to catch up on lots of magazines.

I saw D'Artanian at Balwyn, who was nothing short of amazing. This is the best hair cut I've had in a long time. He however, seemed to be surrounded by very inexperienced/unprofessional staff. They were certainly not an extension of him! I was left at the counter numerous times after my cut, had to ask three times what the cost of a product was, which by the end I gave up. When we got there, there was a guy in what looked like a trades uniform behind the counter… not what you expect of a salon of this calibre.

Rinaldo is a fantastic stylist...cut through to blow dry. He listens to customer requests and does such a good job. Expensive but worth it.
