The senior staff at the Balwyn salon are very skilled. I always leave with a great result! The support team are always very friendly and never want you to be sitting there with an empty drink. The salon itself isn’t particularly clean however and in need of an update/ perhaps tighter policies on cleaning mirrors/ brushes & surfaces. For the price you are paying you expect this to be a given.

I originally rang to see how much it would cost and got told between 60 and 70 for medium hair I’ve been there a few times and each time I get charged a different price for a blow wave average price I pay without voucher is around 55 to 60 this is the most I’ve ever paid today with the same length hair that I’ve had for a long time which is usually &55.00 normally I only pay $ 49 as I had a $20 birthday voucher Very expensive for just a blow wave that didn’t even take an hour to complete Some price regulation should be in place the same blowwave is achieved by any stylist whether it’s a junior or a senior Probably why I don’t frequent the salon as much as they are way too pricey for what it is

I would suggest being very clear about what you would like or not like done to your hair. For example if your hair is naturally frizzy ask the stylist at the beginning of your appointment not to use thinning scissors on your hair. Also if you would like your hair styled a certain way be clearer with your stylist from the start. For example, please style my hair straight I don’t like it styled XYZ way. Hair grows back but great stylists really listen to clients and cut to their satisfaction and not just the latest trend that may not suit everyone.

My service began 15 min late but staff were appologetic. The condition of my hair wasn't checked prior to my wash & blow wave, that's an essential part of a service, to me. Stella was very friendly & helpful. I felt that the end result wouldve been better if she'd taken time to really understand the look I wanted. My hair has a lovely wave, but still a bit flat at the roots. 7/10.

i attend the salon every week for a blow-dry and negotiated a repeat client price of $51:00 that price has now increased to $58:00 I like the staff and quality of work for this service the price is too high and i may be inclined to find another regular salon at more reasonable rates. I would like the price to remain at $51:00! Too expensive

My stylist, Stella, was wonderful. The receptionist was quite rude. I had phoned in the morning to make the appointment, which did not appear in the system when I arrived at the salon. I had googled your salon, found a phone number, and called it. (9859 1555) The absence of appointment in the system tossed the receptionist, despite the fact that my preferred stylist was available. I felt like I was being accused of walking in without an appointment. I was taken through, but then asked, accusationally, exactly which phone number did I call. I declined to answer as I did not like her tone or her body language, and told her I do not like being harassed on Saturdays.
