Silvia and Hass where amazing silvia coulred my hair with a Tretment and she did it in half the time i usually get it done at other salons as she coulred my roots and put Tretment on then ends at the same time. Hass cut my hair, he is truly talented and the blow dry is the best I have ever had as it is quite difficult to straighten my hair with out ghd didn't need ghd as he is the best in Melbourne I believe. Thank you for a geat service will recommend to all my friends :)

The only negative from attending this salon was that the price I paid is not what is on the internet. Whilst I realise that prices are subject to change , if you have raised your price then alter it on the website.

I have been coming to Heading Out for many years and had become disillusioned as there was an incredibly high staff turnover. Every time I went my designated hairdresser would tell me they were leaving- that made it impossible to build a rapport between client and hairdresser. I would have left had it not been for Stella. Stella is professional and excellent at what she does. You need more staff like Stella as I think this salon still has a high turnover and this does not look good from a customer's perspective.
