Was in Melbourne on a really hot day (44C) and went into the North Balwyn salon to get an appointment. I was really cheeky and said "How about today?" Anyway I was able to get a cut in 20 minutes, (thank goodness people had cancelled) ... that is amazing service! My hair was looking awful as I'd had it cut somewhere else, poor Ronaldo had to fix the mess. I came out one hour or so later and my hair looked amazing. So many people have since commented on the great hair style. Thank you so much, Ronaldo! Makes me feel so much better. Now I'll have to always get my hair cut in Melbourne!

I recently visited the North Balwyn salon. My hair was in desperate need of colouring and cutting after a year of backpacking and being in the sun. D’Artanian was amazing, really honest, knowledgeable and professional. I absolutely LOVE my cut, it's so effortless and my hair feel in much better condition already. Melanie had the difficult job of sorting out my major roots, mixed with bleached dry ends and I honestly can't tell you how happy I am with the colour. Looks really natural but I'm back to blonde! It was a big job, therefore a big expense (especially after being on a travellers budget) but for me it was worth every penny. I will definitely be going back and have already recommended to anyone who will listen. You seriously wont regret it!

I have always enjoyed going to Heading Out in Balwyn. The staff there are always friendly and very professional. It is nice to know that you are in very good hands when you are getting your hair done as these people know what they are doing. A+ sevice always :)

Lovely people, very accommodating to my last minute requests! They went above and beyond to give me the colour and cut that suited me. They have my recommendation!!!!
