Hair washing experience was nice for the shampoo and head massage, but felt hair being pulled during the “twist squeeze” and combing during conditioning.

Melanie is fantastic. Very pleasant and she is good at what she does considering she is very young and only recently finished her training.

Stella was her usual fabulous self, and I have a lovely hair cut. However, the young girl who shampooed me needs more training. She pulled my hair - both with her hands and the brush - sprayed water down my back, and failed to give me a scalp massage. Also, I prefer Kerastase products to the Caviar range.

I have always had wonderful experiences at the salon and have been extremely happy with the service and my hair. My only complaint would be that it is very expensive.
