I originally rang to see how much it would cost and got told between 60 and 70 for medium hair I’ve been there a few times and each time I get charged a different price for a blow wave average price I pay without voucher is around 55 to 60 this is the most I’ve ever paid today with the same length hair that I’ve had for a long time which is usually &55.00 normally I only pay $ 49 as I had a $20 birthday voucher Very expensive for just a blow wave that didn’t even take an hour to complete Some price regulation should be in place the same blowwave is achieved by any stylist whether it’s a junior or a senior Probably why I don’t frequent the salon as much as they are way too pricey for what it is

The senior staff at the Balwyn salon are very skilled. I always leave with a great result! The support team are always very friendly and never want you to be sitting there with an empty drink. The salon itself isn’t particularly clean however and in need of an update/ perhaps tighter policies on cleaning mirrors/ brushes & surfaces. For the price you are paying you expect this to be a given.

I saw D'Artanian at Balwyn, who was nothing short of amazing. This is the best hair cut I've had in a long time. He however, seemed to be surrounded by very inexperienced/unprofessional staff. They were certainly not an extension of him! I was left at the counter numerous times after my cut, had to ask three times what the cost of a product was, which by the end I gave up. When we got there, there was a guy in what looked like a trades uniform behind the counter… not what you expect of a salon of this calibre.

Student cut was $75 and sideburns were not even trimmed. Very basic cut and wash for cost. Not good value and won’t be back unfortunately.

I waited an additional 35 mins after the start of my appointment for you hair stylist to come to me. While they stated I would have to pay a $50 fee if I cancelled, it is apparent there was no discount to me if they were running late. I would seriously reconsider using their services again. No explanation was given, it was just assumed my time wasn't important.

My feedback is based purely on process and customer service. I was very happy with the standard of the blow wave I received but was unhappy with the booking system and the subsequent delay in receiving my treatment. I booked online and selected a time. i then received a phone call from the salon requesting that I come in 45 minutes earlier. i agreed. Having arrived at the earlier time, i then had to wait 40 minutes before I received my treatment. Although the staff were extremely apologetic, explaining that they were understaffed etc I fail to see why a phone could not have been made to ask me to come in later rather than have me sit there and waste my time.
