Hands down the worst experience I have had at a salon. I asked for blonde highlights and an angled lob. My light brown hair is exactly the same 3 and a half hours later and my 'angled lob' is nothing more than an even ends. Staff tried to tell me that the highlights were just 'natural looking'. Poor execution considering I paid $350. Not to mention the time spent waiting whilst the hair dresser was constantly called away. I would not recommend this hair dresser to anyone.

Really disappointed with how I was treated at the end of my colour. I was only getting a dry off but the girl who washed my hair blew the dryer at it and walked off leaving my hair wet. The colourist came over and I asked her to dry it, begrudgingly she did but it was left in such a state, sticking out all over. She said well it's just a dry off! I asked for the brush so I could at least fix it before leaving the salon, but she snatched it away repeating that it was just a dry off. I couldn't believe how badly I was being treated, I couldn't even brush my own hair!!!!! I needed to go into town! So rude, and I had to pay $94 for the pleasure.

I used to have Stacey colour my hair but upon calling to book my next appointment, I was informed she no longer worked there. Although disappointed, I agreed to have someone else colour my hair this time. I had foils and a toner. The toner was left on too long, leaving my hair brassy and dull. I went back to the salon within a week to have it fixed and the colourist argued with me. I was obviously not happy with the colour and was not expecting her to argue with me about it, especially considering how much money I paid to have my hair coloured in the first place. She offered me little in the way of resolution and I left very unhappy still. I will not return. Every time before this visit however, I was happy with my hair. If someone could tell me where Stacey went I would be grateful!!
