I really want to pay praise to the team that work at the Bourke St salon!. The customer service is amazing. I walk through the door and i am always greeted with a big and genuine smile and 'how ya going'. Lewis has been my stylist everytime and i've booked my appointment's with him because he clearly understands 'hair' and how it needs to be cut but still gives the cut/style that i've asked for. The head massage prior to the haircut is such a fantastic start. I live in the UK and i fly to Australia for work very regularly throughout the year. I now try and plan my work trips for when i'm due a haircut.
