I don’t like giving this feedback during the festive season, however I think it’s necessary in an otherwise near perfect experience which felt like a real treat. The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable was the junior staff member washing my hair was not wearing a mask. It upset me for following reasons: * Im a nurse working with Paediatric ICU patients & families, the N95 masks we wear are far more uncomfortable than he flimsy blue masks which are actually very comfortable. * I’ve spent 2 years being extremely cautious and careful to Protect loved ones, myself and strangers alike. I’m triple vaccinated but could still catch covid and pass it on unknowingly. * I have a 90 year old parent in a nursing home, where 2 people died of Covid 7 weeks ago, they were both double vaccinated. I assumed the staff in question forgot to put her mask on, when I questioned her, her verbal tone became less friendly. Vaccination helps but the virus will still spread, masks indoors are a very easy precaution that reduces the risk.
