Comment
The moment you walk in you are looked after. There are several areas of the salon so you feel like you're being whisked around and being made over even though you're just getting your hair done. One point I love is that they always have up to date magazines, there is nothing worse than reading a 2 year old magazine at a salon! I have only ever had one not so great experience at Heading Out and when I went back to talk about fixing my cut Holly made me feel so welcome and I didn't feel uncomfortable about returning. I have continued to go back and even though it's quite expensive I would never go anywhere else, it's in a great location, they have great staff and the salon is always clean and you leave feeling amazing!
