The staff are so nice I feel rude saying if I'm not happy with the end result. Example I had a colour and blow wave when asked how I would like it blow waved I said lots of body and wet to dry , the stylist said 'so u don't want me to dry it off?' And I came out with dead straight hair not what I was expecting or after but she was so polite and it was the end of the day I felt like I would be rude by saying something, I regret not saying something as I love a good blow wave and hate having dead straight hair not to mention the cost of the ' blow wave'. Some of the pricing is a little over the top considering its over $300 for colour, and half a head of foil plus blow dry not even a cut - most women need this service every six to eight weeks at that price it can be difficult to maintain a relationship with heading out long term. I think for the money charged there should notes in file of how the client likes their hair blow waved for example. Otherwise the overall customer experience delivered by the staff is next to none.
