I have been a regular customer for several years, and have always enjoyed the professional, friendly efficient service from Heading Out, Bourke St salon. From the moment you walk in the door and met by a friendly smile from Holly at the reception desk to Terryn, who consistently cuts my brilliantly to Krystal who also does a wonderful job as colourist. Terryn and Krystal both have a delightful, lovely nature and work quickly and efficiently. I am always happy to see the result they achieve with my hair.
